Rescue movies died, but the New Anime didn't die

Rescue movies died, but the New Anime didn't die

ABS-CBN's rescue movie died, but why didn't the New Anime die? Is there a reason why?

There is and that is what they are blaming again on the government that shut them down on May 5, 2020. What they will never forget is the complicated incident that they still remember to blame on the former administration.

However, the event that ended the rescue movie took place on the last day of March 31, 2025 (at the same time remembering the bitter fate of Anime/J-Pop Fans when ABS-CBN aired the Mr. Bean series again on March 31, 2014).

So the death of the rescue movie is not the fault of New Anime. Perhaps the taste of what Filipinos watch today is different. It's only right that they stop, because we know that few Filipinos are not going back to the old days, the only ones benefiting from that are the pnoys.

Unlike old movies in other countries, they don't do digitally restored and remastered anymore, because they don't have time or because they have a different show than bringing back the old movie for new viewers.

So we don't know how much the digitally restored and remastered films that ABS-CBN made in its film rescue cost? The price range for rescuing old films is roughly between 25,000 pesos to 10 million pesos per film restoration. You see, that's about the same price as buying a new anime to be aired on TV.

Almost they saved almost 240+ old Philippine films from 2011 to 2025, not all old films were saved, to convert the format of that show from 1080p to 2k.

That's why the new 2010's Anime are still being restored and remastered before they sell them in blu-ray format, or air them on TV. But they've already done that with ABS-CBN's old anime.

Because we know how important New Animes are to be watched by new Filipinos, rather than the old movies that ABS-CBN just saved. Yes, we know that their movies are only shown in theaters rather than on TV.

Yes, the old movies he rescued can only be seen in theaters. Instead of forcing them on newbies, let them show them to those who have reached that time. We can't force the newbies to watch the old, to make them feel, what about the new ones like New Anime, isn't that valuable to them?

New Anime still has value. It's not really dying, because as long as there are children and young people, Anime will still be what they're looking for. Even the elderly, they will also look for Anime. Age really doesn't matter.

Because New Anime doesn't really fade, but ABS-CBN's movies do.

New Anime is the only one that is popular, but ABS-CBN's movies are only in the Philippines and not worldwide.

Why would you even look for their old movies, when our time is now for New Anime? Let's not walk in their past anymore, hit the road to New Anime now.

That's why New Anime will carry you until the last breath of our lives. That is the story of the new Filipino with a view to New Anime in the era we are living in now.
